This Privacy Policy explains how DealVance360 and VancePilot (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use VancePilot.

Information we collect

We collect account and contact information, company information, advertising-account identifiers, campaign settings, performance data, uploaded creative assets, support conversations, device and usage information, and billing-related records. Connected advertising providers may send us data you authorize them to share.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service; connect and manage advertising accounts; analyze campaign performance; prepare recommendations and daily briefs; generate owner-approved creative; process subscriptions and add-ons; provide support; prevent abuse; and meet legal obligations.

AI and automated processing

VancePilot uses automated systems to analyze campaign and business information, produce explanations, and recommend or perform actions within your selected controls. Material changes or purchases require the approval settings presented in the product. Automated output can be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed for important decisions.

How information is shared

We may share information with advertising platforms you connect, infrastructure and payment providers, analytics and communications vendors, professional advisers, and authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share customer advertising data with unrelated businesses for their own advertising.

Data retention and security

We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for service delivery, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. We use access controls, encryption in transit, private storage, and tenant-level database protections. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You may update profile and company information in your account, disconnect providers, and request access, correction, deletion, or portability where applicable. Certain records may be retained when required by law or necessary for security and legitimate business purposes.

Children

VancePilot is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will post the revised effective date. Questions or privacy requests may be sent through VancePilot Help or to the DealVance360 support contact published for your account.
